We Offer Three Types of Transfers

Hot Split

The softest print of any transfer. You will not feel the print on the garment. Excellent durability with vibrant colours on light to mid coloured garments. Pantone colour matching available at no charge. Expect some bleed when printing very dark garments, especially with white ink. Lowest cost per print.

400°F - 9 sec.
PEEL HOT

Hi-temp pressing. Perfect for 100% cotton and most poly/cotton blends. Not suitable for 100% polyester or other synthetic fabrics.

DyeBlocker™

Screen printed with a dye blocker + adhesive. Outstanding durability and opacity with a nice soft matte finish without a heavy, sticky layer. Fast production because of the low pressing time and fast hot peel properties. Spot colours only. Pantone colour matching available at no charge.

300°F - 9 sec.
PEEL HOT

Lo-temp pressing. Perfect for 100% polyester, poly/cotton blends and 100% cotton as well as many other low-heat fabrics. Avoid very small detail and very small text.

DTF

Direct-to-Film CMYK+W (full-colour) printing with a backer + adhesive. Outstanding durability and opacity with a nice matte finish without a heavy, sticky layer. Hot Peel for faster production. Pantone colour matching is not available. Colours may vary slightly on repeat orders.

300°F - 15 sec.
PEEL HOT

Lo-temp pressing. Perfect for 100% polyester, poly/cotton blends and 100% cotton as well as many other low-heat fabrics. Does a good job on small detail and small text (2pt minimum).

Standard Service

Target Ship Date. Over 90% of our orders ship on the target date, however it is not guaranteed and may be affected by production loads. Applies to both screen printed and DTF transfers.

Next-Day Service

04-25-2024

Guaranteed to ship on or before this date. For screen prints - add a flat fee of $25.00. Limited to 1-color runs up to 199. For DTF orders - adds a 50% upcharge. Cut-off time including art approval is 4pm.

Express

04-26-2024

Guaranteed to ship on or before this date. Adds an express charge of 25%. No limitation on colours or run size. 1pm cut-off time. 24-hr art approval required. Not available for DTF orders.
